Seems like it's time for this again, pep talk, throwing under the bus, however you decide to take it.

This guild has the potential to be one of the best that's ever been on our server. Loads of talent, the gear is there, but there are a few that are lackluster in their performances, preparations for progression boss attempts etc. that are holding back quite a few of the others.

I will be contacting some of these folks, as will your respective class officers to find out just how much drive to succeed some of you actually have, cutting through all the fluff and "yes" people along the way.

Blizz has spoiled it's customer base with making alot of high end gear attainable fairly easily, but the content still requires a level of execution that some either won't or just can't bring themselves up to. Which is causing a substantial headache for those that are willing and capable and being held back because of those few.

I made the statement awhile back, "gone are the days where someone can consistently make a mistake and it can be covered for" in my opinion, no truer words have been spoken about the latest content, one slip up, either consistently or random by one then another can cause the whole raid to fail by killing more than just that person.

I for one haven't been "proud" of this guild for a while now, yeah, we're top 10, but with the potential we have, and to sit there farming the same old thing, over and over again, is grating on my last nerve, along with several others. I want you guys to be able to go anyway on this server and be proud of the guild tag above your heads. Now pride is one thing, be proud, not self-important, there is a fine line between the two.

Let's make ourselves proud of what we accomplish together again through teamwork, dedication and perseverance. Don't expect to come in and kill a new boss in our alloted raid time and get frustrated and decide not to show up because you dont' feel like wiping, that's end game raiding folks, simply the way it is, work with the folks that are making mistakes, they will get better, if they don't, then we as officers, asst. gm's and myself will deal with that.

But simply put, some's dedication to progression is false when it comes to putting the time in to get everything worked out, together, key word there, TOGETHER. So, let's step things up and be able to hold our heads up high, and say, we're good at what we do and no one can take that away from us.
